There are alternatives to Lemur what are they and what are your experiences with them?

Nothing I found let me write my own scripts. Pretty essential for talking sysex.
Well nothing other than creating something with a microcontroller which I've also dove into.

I asked a similar question on the FB group and some folks pointed me to : openstagecontrol.ammd.net/ Looks pretty interesting but requires a webserver. I'm curious what can be done entirely on the browser side with javascript and webmidi. I'd love to write up a template and save it as an offline page to use on my iPad. |

Anyone can offer more insight about openstage?
Is it as powerful as Lemur?
is it easy ?
My knees crumble under the thought of migrating my stuff from Lemur to Openstage.... it would be a huge amount of time, with no guaranteed success.
